## ETT Application Checklists

ETT Application Checklists are provided as supplemental quality assurance and documentation tools to help verify that ETT applications are performed properly and documented consistently across different structure types. These checklists are separate documents from this guide and are intended to be used in conjunction with this guide.

Each checklist is tailored to a specific structure type and is intended to assist with documenting project conditions, surface preparation, repairs, crack treatment, application procedures, detailing, and final verification throughout the course of the work. The checklists should be completed as work progresses and retained as part of the project documentation record.

This Surface & Crack Assessment should be used in conjunction with ETT Application Checklists:

The appropriate checklist should be selected based on the structure type and scope of work being performed. Depending on the project, additional requirements or procedures may apply based on environmental conditions, accessibility, sequencing, structural condition, or repair scope.
